Drive-Rite Driving School

I have had 2 children who have taken the Drive Rite course and have been very pleased with the experience both times. There are several features which I feel contributed to the overall satisfaction with Drive Rite.

1. Wonderful, timely, customer service. Anytime I called, if I left a message, Marsha returned my calls promptly and answered any questions or concerns I had. She always made me feel like she cared about each student and never made me feel like my call was a inconvenience or disruption.


2. Flexibility of class schedule. There were adequate dates and times available to make it easy to schedule the times needed to take the class.


3. When my first child took the class, the driving instructor was up front and honest with me about my son's progress and suggested we wait to take the test and offered to take him out an additional time to make sure he was ready to take the test. They did not just test him, knowing he was not ready, and let him fail. I greatly appreciate his honesty!!

The thing I liked best about the Drive-Rite program was the people. I liked being able to deal with Marsha. She was always so understanding and fun. And, Mr. Cotton inspired confidence as I sent my beginner out onto the streets of Knoxville. I also liked that the kids worked at their own pace.

I liked that the classroom had many available times available for students to come when it worked in their busy schedule. Drive-Rite was very accommodating. I will be calling you again next summer!

I would like to thank Drive-Rite Driving School for teaching me the rules of the road the right way. I feel like I have learned more than I could have ever learned at other driving schools that have not existed as long as Drive-Rite has. I feel my driving sessions made a big impact on the way I drive, and that when I get out on the road on my own within this month that I will be safe and confident in the way I drive. If I were to summerize their driver's ed program in one word, it would be "Underdog" because while they may not be well known around town, their driver's ed program is hands down the best driver's ed program I have attended out of the multiple ones I tried in the past couple of years. Again, thank you for all you have done and I hope you succeed in making an impact on other students as much as you have on me and the way I drive!

Drive Rite is so great. They work with you personally, and are very patient. They make you feel appreciated and care about your success. There needs to be more people like Marsha and Andy.
